Life is time, it's all we've got,
Too short to fritter and waste
Waste your time, you waste your life,
And it's wine you will never taste.
Time is all we have in life,
The road we take we chose,
Don't be afraid to ask the way,
What have you got to lose...
Life is there for living,
It's there within your grasp,
Don't let life pass you by,
Because you failed to ask.
A child is never afraid to ask,
They will drive you to the brink,
Their questions come hard and fast,
Like a child you must learn to think.
So, like a child you must learn to ask,
Or too late you will learn dismayed,
Had you only asked, what you want of life,
Life would have willingly paid.
